No, but it will take some practice.  External curves are easy, and you just need to guide the fabric. Internal curves will require a bit more attention to keep feeding the fabric evenly.

And you can serge squared off corners. You just need to pull the fabric as far open as you can and watch how you guide the fabric through so it catches the innermost point.
